Vilano Beachfront Pool & Hot Tub

House Rules No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Pet Policy We welcome up to 2 dogs or cats with prior approval. Pet fee: $250 per pet, per stay (non-refundable). This must be paid at the time of booking. Guests who bring pets without prior approval or without paying the fee will be charged a $500 fine per pet. Please let us know the type, size, and number of pets when you book so we can approve them. Well Water Information All of our Vilano Beach homes use well water. The water is safe and tested, but it naturally contains higher levels of minerals. Pool and Hot Tub Rules No glass allowed in the pool or hot tub area. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the pool or hot tub. The pool at each house can be heated for $45 per day per pool with a target temperature of 80°F. Please note there is no guarantee the temperature will be maintained if outside temperatures drop below 60°F. The hot tub at 203 13th Street is heated nightly from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM from April through November. Maximum Occupancy The maximum number of guests is strictly limited to the number listed on your reservation. No exceptions. Security Cameras This property is monitored by exterior security cameras for your safety and ours. Windows & Doors Please keep all windows and doors closed at all times. The salty ocean air causes rapid corrosion on everything in the house. We receive alerts if doors or windows are left open for extended periods. Repeated violations will result in a $100 fine. Checkout Procedures Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher before you leave. All trash must be taken to the provided cans. Failure to follow checkout instructions may result in a $100 cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.

You will have full and private access to the entire home, the pool, hot tub, and the fully fenced backyard. A private path leads you directly from the property to the beach. Please note that three closets are kept locked with keypad locks for the owner's personal belongings and supplies.
